All this is made possible through the volunteer efforts of our board members, advisors and other friends and through the generous financial support of our contributors.

The VAS board is mindful, however, that we cannot simply be satisfied with the successes of today. At some point, we will need more infrastructure support in order to sustain and expand our contributions to the art of vocal music. Accordingly, we must look towards creating the organizational and financial underpinnings that will ensure continuity into the future. Toward that end, the Vocal Arts Society is exploring ways to increase our permanent endowment.

The Vocal Arts Heritage Society. One important contribution to this goal that you, our subscribers, can make is to remember the Vocal Arts Society generously when you make or revise your estate plans. We are pleased to announce the inauguration of the Vocal Arts Heritage Society for those who have made provision for the Vocal Arts Society in their wills, living trusts or other estate planning vehicles. Members of the Vocal Arts Heritage Society will be given special recognition in our listings of supporters. To be recognized as a member of the Vocal Arts Heritage Society, all you need to do is to let us know that you have remembered VAS in your estate plan. You can return the form attached below, or telephone or e-mail us. Because in many cases charitable giving may have only a minor impact on after-tax distributions to your other heirs, we encourage you to consult your tax or legal advisor.
