We are working on a special program with the University of the District of Columbia and the New York Festival of Song on the Harlem renaissance composers and poets. Details will be mailed to all as soon as the are completely finalized. But we wanted to let you know to save the date, Thursday, February 24th.

The cast will be:

We are co-presenting with the Smithsonian Resident Associates a seminar entitled,
"Art Song — Poetry in Love with Music."

The seminar is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005 and includes lectures and demonstrations by

Steven Blier,
William Sharp,
and our Discovery Singers,
Lorriana Markovic and Stacey Mastrian
with pianist, R. Timothy McReynolds.
